Scams don’t respect borders, and neither should our response to them. The Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA) is an international nonprofit that unites public and private sector stakeholders to better understand, prevent, and respond to scams. With almost 150 member organizations worldwide—including leading platforms, financial institutions, technology companies, and government bodies—GASA serves as the collaborative network for coordinated action against scams.
Amazon joined GASA’s Global Board as a founding member in early 2024 and supported the launch of the North America chapter in 2025. Through GASA’s Regional Summits and cross-border working groups, members share intelligence, coordinate enforcement efforts, and develop practical tools and policy frameworks that make scam operations harder to sustain across industries.
